NOWaiT is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and their patients. This Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Who We Are

NOWaiT is operated by Top Performer LLC, a Florida LLC located at 3698 Lightview Ln, Jacksonville, FL 32225. We operate the website at nowait.club and all associated subdomains and applications. Questions? Email privacy@nowait.club.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

  • Account information: Name, email, business name, phone, billing info.
  • Practice information: Business address, hours, services, descriptions.
  • Patient contact data: Names, phone numbers, and emails for review requests.
  • Voice call data: Call recordings, transcripts, and AI-generated summaries when Voice AI is enabled.

Information from Third Parties

  • Google: GBP access tokens, reviews, posts, Q&A, and business information.
  • Stripe: Payment confirmation; we do not store full credit card numbers.
  • Retell AI: Call metadata, recordings, transcripts, and analysis data.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to provide services, process payments, send review requests, generate AI content, operate voice AI agents, provide analytics, and ensure security. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train AI models.

4. Voice AI & Call Data

When Voice AI is enabled, calls are processed through Retell AI. Call recordings and transcripts are:

  • Stored encrypted at rest using AES-256
  • Accessible only to your account and authorized technical staff
  • Retained for 90 days, then automatically deleted
  • Never shared with third parties except as necessary for call processing

5. Data Retention

  • Account & practice data: Duration of subscription + 30 days
  • Patient contact data: 90 days after last review request
  • Voice call recordings/transcripts: 90 days
  • Payment records: 7 years (legal requirement)
  • Usage analytics: 24 months (aggregated)

6. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data. Email privacy@nowait.club. We respond within 30 days.

7. Security

We implement TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 at rest, row-level security (Supabase RLS), access controls, and regular security reviews.
